This medieval fortress, with its origins in defense against pirate raids, stands proudly in the main square. Its internal courtyard is a focal point of town life, when you climb the castle tower you’ll have a panoramic view on the coastline and the distant Monte Conero. Inside the castle, you can also find the Attilio Moroni Picture Gallery, showcasing local art and history.
