Sunset at Homestead Hill is characterized by its many layers. From our hill, your eyes travel across the manicured vineyards of Colli Ripani before hitting the jagged, dramatic silhouette of the Sibillini Mountains. As the sun dips behind the peaks, the sky transforms into a canvas of burnt orange and deep violet. There is a specific “hush” that falls over the valley when the light hits the vines just right—it’s pure magic.
How to master the Hill Chill?
The best way to end a day is to lean into the “Hill Chill.” Here is one of our tried-and-tested rituals:
